  • Degrees and certifications in organizational human resource development, executive coaching, assessment tools, and global leadership program.

I began designing and facilitating Lincoln County’s Leadership Lincoln program in 2019 after the founder, Dr. John Baker, retired. This program has run since 1972.

  • First, I listen to what’s important to you. Then, we design a plan to meet your goals. For example, working with teams to improve skills such as communication, collaboration, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and more. I also offer a customized leadership development program for all levels of leaders and executive coaching for powerful individual growth.

  • We “let the job talk” to get crystal clear about what it takes to do the job. Then, we use tools that tell you if the candidate is a good match to the job in areas such as behavioral style, motivation, and 25 human (aka soft) skills.

  • We start with your goals and then work together once or twice a month for 6-12 months to achieve them. You receive ample, individual support as a leader whether you’re new to your position or want to rock your current position.

  • The entire team is coached together to develop in areas such as communication, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and more. The team coaching will be customized based on your goals. In the process of growing skills, the team’s relationships will be strengthened.
