Executive Leader’s Circle

The Executive Leaders’ Circle is a confidential place for you to stretch into being a better leader of yourself and others by increasing your self-awareness, refining your authentic leadership style, and gaining insights on challenges. 

My vision is to facilitate the Executive Leaders’ Circle for years to come. It starts in 2023, and hopefully, with YOU as one of its first members…if it fits with your journey as a leader.

 

Why Join the Executive Leaders’ Circle?


Leaders often feel lonely at the top. If you’ve felt like you need someone to confide in but don’t want to talk with your board, staff, or spouse/partner – this group was created for you.

The Executive Leaders’ Circle may be a good fit for you if…

  • You’re a leader at the top of your organization or department.

  • You want to connect with and learn from other like-minded & hearted leaders.

  • You want to grow as a leader from the inside out. 

  • You want to be a difference-maker in your organization and/or community.

To keep this group intimate, there will be a maximum of 10 members.


What you can expect from the Executive Leaders’ Circle


In each session, Circle members will:

  • Check-in on the commitments made in the previous meeting & celebrate successes.

  • Fully participate in a rich discussion related to the meeting’s topics.

  • Increase your self-awareness using an assessment tool that measures your behavioral style, motivators, and Emotional Intelligence skills. 

  • Request or give insights related to a member’s current challenge.

I expect that the Executive Leaders’ Circle will be customized as we evolve. We can add skill development based on what this group wants to learn and the support that is needed.

 

What’s expected from members of the Executive Leaders’ Circle

  • Show up and be present at each meeting.

  • Commit for the full 5 months.

  • Engage with your heart & mind.

  • Be curious, open, generous, and courageous.

  • Create supportive relationships with other executive leaders.


The Details

Location: Meet in-person in Newport 

Time: 8-9:30 am 

Day: 2nd Friday of each month

Date range: There will be two offerings — February to June (current registration) and September to January (August registration).

Required Assessment Tool

You will participate in an Assessment Tool that measures your behaviors (how you do what you do), your motivators (why you do what you do), and your Emotional Intelligence skill levels. 


If you need the full report, the price is $360 less your Executive Leaders’ Circle discount of 20% for a total of $288. If you need the Emotional Intelligence report only, the price is $140 less your Executive Leaders’ Circle discount of 20% for a total of $112.

Monthly Fee

The Founding Member monthly fee is $127 per month.

 

Special Benefits for Founding Members

As long as you continuously opt-in for each 5-month session, you will receive the rate of $127 per month as a Founding Member.

You will receive first right of refusal for each 5-month session.

You will receive three, 1-hour Executive Coaching session to be used during this first 5-month session. (A value of $900.)
