As your facilitator with a coaching flare, my role is not to tell you what to do. Instead, I work side-by-side with you to identify then accomplish what matters most to you.
I don’t offer cookie-cutter programs or approaches. We combine my expertise in people/human development and your expertise in your business or life to craft the best way forward. We will assess the current situation; listen to our instincts; identify needs and wants; and, find new pathways forward for YOU to discover and take action on what matters most.

First we widen the lens for you to see the big picture. We explore and even get lost a bit in some chaos, then begin zooming in on what the problem, opportunity, issue really is.
Then, I help you get to know yourself better whether that’s a whole team or as an individual. I will nudge you to recognize your emotions and think more creatively, from different perspectives and angles, in new ways.
We will work together to move from chaos to order and address multifaceted situations that aren’t an easy fix. I ask powerful, probing questions, and will give purposeful work to do outside our time together.
I give you resources and ideas for continuing your growth in the long-term because the transformation into leading yourself and your team better is an ongoing process.
